Roy Kelly Inter-Modal Terminal and Parking Garage Rates
General Parking
- Hourly Rate, Monday – Sunday: $1/hour
- TAMU Game Day Parking (8 a.m. – 3 a.m.): $5
- Special Events Rate: $10
The first 60 minutes of parking is free. If parking extends to 61 minutes, customer will also be charged for the first hour, and the fee is $1 per hour.
Monthly Contracts
Non-reserved Space
- 24-Hour Parking /
Seven days per week: $50/month (plus taxes and fees.) Payment is due on the first day of the month.
Reserved Space
- 24-Hour Parking /
Seven days per week: $75/month (plus taxes and fees.) Payment is due on the first day of the month.
Application Processing Time: Please allow five business days for administrative processing of parking garage applications. Applications must be reviewed and approved prior to a parking lease being finalized. Requests for immediate or next-day access cannot be guaranteed and are subject to administrative processing time and the required County Judge approval.
