Brazos County Collections works as an agent to ensure timely payment of court costs, fines, attorney fees, and restitution fees. We set up payment plans for specific cases as ordered by:
- District Criminal Courts
- Brazos County Criminal Courts at Law
- Brazos County Justices of the Peace
- Brazos County Clerk (traffic appeals)
Little Known Fact: Though the Collections Office sets up payment plans for these four entities, we only collect and process payments for two of them: District Courts and County Courts at Law. Payments to Justices of the Peace and the Brazos County Clerk’s Office should be made to those respective entities.
